Your signature details stay in your browser.
EmailSig is designed so that the personal details you enter into the signature editor do not need to be stored on our servers.
Editor data
Name, title, company, email address, phone number, website, address, and signature settings are processed in your browser. A local draft may be stored in your browser so you can continue editing later.
Images and shared links
Uploaded images may use configured public asset storage so recipients can load them in an email. A share link encodes the signature data in the link itself; anyone who receives that link may be able to read its contents. Do not share a link containing information you do not want its recipient to see.
Optional analytics
If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” It records page and product actions such as opening a template or copying a signature. Signature form values and generated HTML are never sent as analytics parameters.
You can decline analytics in the consent notice. Your preference is saved locally in your browser.
